Her legal expertise spans corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory affairs, making her a valuable asset in any boardroom.
Aileen holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Law from the University of New South Wales and was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and High Court of Australia in 2006. Known for her meticulous attention to governance, Aileen remains dedicated to fostering ethical practices in corporate and charitable sectors.
