Nothing! The App is free for our members to download and use.

All Salaam superannuation members can use the App. You need to have registered for online access before you can login to Super Tracker.

You’ll need to be registered for online access and use those details to login to the App – being your member number and PIN/password.

By telling us about yourself and your goals, we help you work out how much money you’ll need to pay for the lifestyle you want and if you’re on track to get there. Once you’re in the App, it starts with two simple steps:

-        Step 1: Tell us about yourself - including any super you have with another fund, your current salary, home-owner status, other assets, and your likely retirement age. You’ll get a projection of your annual retirement income. 

-        Step 2: Set a meaningful goal – choose from 5 different levels to tell us how you want to live in retirement with regards to travel, dining out and groceries, leisure activities, health, transport, clothing and housing costs. You’ll get a projection of the income you’ll need to live that way.

Your personalised dial will show you exactly how you’re tracking between your current projected income and your goal income.  

Remember and projections or calculations provided in the App are estimates only and are not predictions or guarantees of actual results.  The actual amounts achieved may be higher or lower. 

Essentially, yes. The benefit of the App is that you can manage your super anywhere, anytime on your mobile device.

Yes. While there isn’t a separate iPad or Android Tablet version of the Super Tracker App at this time, the mobile phone App will operate with full functionality on an iPad or Android Tablet.

The App is built with bank-level security, the same as the secure website. Access is protected with the same password you use for the Online Member Centre.

Yes. Most data, including personal/contact details, beneficiaries, investment options etc is reflected in real time. 

The website and App use the same systems, so the data will be the same on both.
